Bought a Louisiana Grills smoker from Shawn two years ago. Never has worked properly. Out of 8 - 10 tries, it worked flawlessly once Tried a few times to get a resolution, back and forth with LG and Shawn,no luck. Maybe now that they are a dealer, they will have better customer service and we can get issues resolved
